Martin Prospecting New Dealer Policy

• All dealers must observe our MSRP nationally advertised prices and discount offers.
• Shipping charges must reflect current UPS/FedEx/USPS pricing.
• Dealer must have a storefront and a retail license.
• Dealers must keep at least one item in stock or on order at all times.
• First order minimum for new dealers is $1200. (No minimum order after first Dealer purchase.)
• Returns:
•       Dealerships are required to establish their own return policy and deal
        directly with customers.
•       In case of returned product, dealers must receive the returned item before
        contacting Martin Prospecting Equipment.
•       Dealers, not customers, must contact Martin Prospecting Equipment
        directly on such matters.
•       Any merchandise returned to Martin Prospecting Equipment will be subject
        to a 15% restocking fee.
